The brief focussed on a new residence to be built for a new four-member family in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The client’s needs included three bedrooms, a large kitchen, two dinning and living rooms (casual and formal), three bathrooms (guest, master bedroom, and bedrooms), storage and garage for two cars.

The strategy followed was to divide the ground floor’s core in two sections; everyday/casual, and formal/happenings. An emphasis was given in offering both sections views and access to the back yard.
